Weigela ‘Magic Carpet’

‘Magic Carpet’ is a stunning new Weigela variety which illuminates borders with its magical colour-changing foliage. In spring the foliage emerges a fresh chartreuse green then as the season progresses it morphs through warm, sunset tints of apricot and orange. This deciduous, low-maintenance shrub has a dwarf and bushy habit and is perfectly formed for small gardens, front of border locations and container growing. As well as its gorgeous foliage throughout the season, it is smothered with pink, bell-shaped flowers in spring and early summer. Height: 60cm (24”). Spread: 46cm (18”).
