Weigela ‘Black And White’

The very first Weigela propagated with dark green foliage, gradually becoming tinged with purple as summer advances. The shoots also have plum-purple coloured tints. As masses of pure white, scented, tubular flowers emerge in May, it makes a striking contrast against the rich dark foliage. Weigela ‘Black and White’ is a deciduous shrub with a compact habit. Fully hardy if grown in a moist, free draining soil. Height: 50cm (20″). Spread: 80cm (31″).
