The tiniest of all the white Water Lilies, bearing dainty little cup-shaped blooms of just 5cm (2″) diameter from June to September. The neat raft of glossy green pads makes a lovely backdrop for its enchanting flowers. Nymphaea ‘Pygmaea Alba’ is a dwarf Water Lily with a delightfully compact habit – perfect for container water gardens or shallow pools. Height: 40cm (16″). Spread: 45cm (18″). Planting depth: Zones 2, 3 & 4 to 40cm (16″) below water level.
