Iris pseudacorus bastardii is a particularly free flowering variety of our native Yellow Flag Iris. The creamy-yellow blooms are more subtle than those of Iris pseudacorus, and borne on branching stems from late spring. This hardy, moisture loving perennial is fast growing, and will quickly form a dense clump of greyish green, strap-like foliage, which makes a handsome addition to waterside planting schemes and bog gardens. Height: 120cm (48″). Spread: 30cm (12″). Planting depth: Zones 1, 2 & 3 to 20cm (8″) below water level.
Plant height and spread is seasonal therefore we list by pot size rather than a defined plant size. The height and spread of the plant delivered will vary depending on the season, meaning arrival images are an indication only.
