Hydrangea Paniculata ‘Skyfall’

A sumptuous variety, Hydrangea paniculata ‘Skyfall’ bears very large conical heads composed of flowers with distinctively narrow, starry petals giving the whole panicle the appearance of an enormous hyacinth. Greenish buds open into creamy white panicles maturing to white and then taking on pink tints as they age. Despite the heavy weight of the supersized panicles, strongly erect stems hold them pointing skywards!  A wonderful shrub for adding glamour to borders, especially ones in part shade, and a stunning specimen for a large patio pot.
