Canna Tropicanna

Spectacular orange blooms rise on stiff, tall stems throughout summer. Even before the blooms emerge, this plant produces a bushy clump of exotic foliage that creates a lush, tropical feel in borders and patio containers. The large leaves of Canna ‘Tropicanna’ are beautifully striped with yellow and green making an unmissable focal point.

This majestic half-hardy perennial enjoys a warm, moist soil – perfect for damp, sunny borders or close to the shallow margins of a pond. Despite its tropical looks, this Indian Shot Plant is easy to grow, and can be lifted in autumn and stored in a frost free position until spring, to ensure a fabulous display year after year.
